Today I’m sitting at the computer cleaning out some junk and non essentials on the interwebs and my daughter keeps asking

“Work” What are you duuuuuuune? It sure isn’t your math”
“Oh ya mom I did laundry”
“But what about what’s in front of you right now?”

Math cat (Peaches) is sitting in front of her math homework. Peaches wears many hats in this household including but not limited to reading cat, annoying cat, feed me, cat and and I just vomited all over the floor cat. Renzie starts Playing with Peaches tail instead of doing her work. Bet you can’t guess what happened! Peaches takes a swipe at her and scratches her cheek.

When i get back she somehow had sleeping mask over her eyes

I’m putting classical music for her to listen to when she gets back.
Math cat comes back to settle on her papers again David come up to ask a question in a hushed respectful whisper then goes back to his business.
Renzie are you ready to do your work.

She sits down I turn on my phone to snap a pic.

She finished math, pulled the sleeping mask over her eyes for a min. Then got up to go read.
I’m checking her work she got a few wrong even left one blank. I’m sure she’ll do better tomorrow but she did her work.
